Apply knowledge of category dynamics, brand and channel performance, margins, pricing, and regulatory requirements to influence retailer decisions and drive profitability
Use data insights (Power BI, TMR Toolkit) to negotiate with retailers, adapt plans to store needs, identify opportunities within the patch, and monitor competitor activity
Demonstrate self-development, support high-performing teams, collaborate across functions, adapt to change quickly, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and results
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in FMCG or trade marketing roles
Marketing or Business qualification desirable
Strong trade marketing, commercial, planning, and territory management skills
Results-driven with analytical thinking and ability to prioritise and manage risks
Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
