Role Overview
- Provide technical support to our customers in second-level support
- Design and implement complex infrastructure setups
- Perform system administration with automated workflows
- Manage customer clusters in a virtual LXD environment
- Further develop and optimize the monitoring system
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent qualification
- Experience in system administration of Linux servers
- Knowledge of web servers such as Apache and nginx
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL and MariaDB
- Ideally experience with e-commerce platforms such as Magento or Shopware
