Serve as a central driver of execution and governance across a portfolio of strategic marketing initiatives
Partner closely with marketing leaders, strategy teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely program delivery
Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including project charters, RACI matrices, decision logs, and escalation protocols
Develop and manage integrated marketing roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate workflows across business, creative, legal, compliance, and operational teams
Lead day-to-day program management activities, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, capturing action items, and tracking follow-ups
Deliver regular status updates and executive-level reporting, including progress summaries, risks, and key decisions

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in program or project management
Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously
Prior experience supporting marketing organizations or campaign delivery teams
Background in financial services or wealth management
Deep expertise in program governance, process design, and execution management
Strong understanding of marketing campaign lifecycles, approval workflows, and go-to-market execution
Experience managing legal and compliance approval processes within regulated environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and executive communication
