Role Overview
- Lead all aspects of financial management for CLUA and FPC
- Shape and evolve the finance and accounting infrastructure
- Guide budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and audit coordination
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable and manage a small team
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to various leadership roles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant combined education and experience in the nonprofit sector
- Experience working as part of an international team preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and forecasting
- Knowledge of financial accounting and general ledger software, with Sage Intacct experience a plus
- Ability to lead departments and individuals
