Role Overview
- Responsible for defining, developing, and delivering the global study start up project strategy
- Partner with roles across GSSO, CD&O, Global Regulatory Submissions
- Oversee progress of all start up activities globally
- Manage project timelines and site activations to plan
- Lead start up meetings and ensure alignment across teams
Requirements
- 7 years relevant experience with a BS/BA degree
- 5 years relevant experience with a MS/PhD degree
- Demonstrated clinical research experience
- Demonstrated start up experience
- Global start up experience across multiple therapeutic areas
- Technical expertise in the use of software for the management of clinical studies
- Critical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Fluency in English required
