Role Overview
- Develop and strategically grow the sales territory
- Proactively identify new construction and renovation projects
- Initiate telephone outreach to potential stakeholders and establish direct project contacts
- Analyze security and access control requirements with customers
- Work closely with specialist trade partners
- Support projects throughout the entire sales cycle
Requirements
- Several years of experience in technical B2B field sales and project business
- Ideally experience in security, building or access control technology or related fields
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly
- Enjoy proactively approaching new contacts and developing business opportunities
- Ability to independently prioritize sales activities
- Residence in or near the sales region and fluent German; English skills are an advantage
