Role Overview
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evolution of compensation programs and frameworks
- Align compensation strategy with organizational goals and market trends
- Oversee job architecture including job evaluation, leveling, and grade assignments
- Manage annual compensation cycles including merit, promotion, and market adjustments
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations including FLSA and pay transparency requirements
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to maintain compensation system integrity and data accuracy
- Serve as a strategic advisor to HR, Finance, and senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Strong expertise in broad-based compensation strategy and program management
- Experience with job architecture, leveling, and compensation frameworks
- Deep knowledge of compensation regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or SAP
- Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
