Study Clinical Contract Manager – Cell Therapy

Role Overview

• Negotiate contracts with clinical sites and independent physicians in collaboration with project leads
• Prepare and customize budget summaries and contracts for individual study sites
• Serve as the point of contact and interface with the Legal department, incorporating their recommendations into study contracts
• Proactively communicate with project management and study sites
• Take responsibility for coordinating contract logistics
• Ensure timely completion and execution of study contracts
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve a documentation system for contract-related information
• Contribute to process improvements, knowledge transfer, and best-practice sharing

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences, Law, or equivalent qualification
• Extensive hands-on experience in contract management for clinical trials
• Good understanding of core study and process requirements
• Self-directed, effective, and organized working style
• Team player with the ability to communicate in a focused and confident manner
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assertively drive results
• Fluent in German and English
• Excellent proficiency with common MS Office applications
