Analyze performance and costs
Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and analyze cost trends
Identify productivity improvement and cost-reduction opportunities
Analyze variances related to standard costs (raw materials, labor, and overhead)
Act as a financial partner to operational teams
Support the calculation and updating of product costs and standard costs
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure inventory accuracy
Analyze purchasing, transportation, and warehousing costs
Participate in the monthly financial close process
Contribute to budgets and financial forecasts for operations and the supply chain
Participate in improvements and enhancements of financial systems

Strong expertise in cost accounting and financial analysis
Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
Advanced Excel skills: financial modeling, complex analyses, and data manipulation
Experience with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or equivalent)
Ability to work closely with operational teams
Strong analytical mindset, ability to prioritize, and excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or CMA designation — OR 5+ years of relevant experience in cost analysis/product costing
5–8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, or cost accounting
Bilingual in French and English required
