Sales Account Executive

Role Overview

• Drive upsell opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Increase adoption of AI-powered solutions
• Conduct customer meetings, demos, and commercial follow-up
• Build strong long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant AI solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline management
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams

Requirements

• Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company
• Experience in SaaS, software, or technology sales
• Experience with account management and upselling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable presenting solutions online and onsite
• Interest in AI, healthcare technology, and workflow optimization
• Experience from healthcare, therapy, or clinic-related industries is an advantage
• Educational background within musculoskeletal health or mental health is considered a strong advantage
