Responsible for the administration, compliance, and customer service aspects of our 401(k) plan and related rewards programs
Serve as primary point of contact for team members concerning account-related questions
Compile and audit contribution and demographic information from payroll
Monitor data accuracy across systems, investigate discrepancies
Lead Annual True Up Match process and Year-end filings
Promote the 401(k) plan with business partners and Fidelity
Manage day‑to‑day administration of the Foundations Emergency Savings Program
Troubleshoot system or file-related errors and recommend process improvements
Support internal partners regarding program processes and resolve issues

Experience in communicating retirement/deferred income plans, policies and regulations to a diverse customer base preferred
Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and agency interpretations or opinions related to retirement benefits
Moderate Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook, Word/PowerPoint) skills required
Professionalism, high ethical standards, and confidentiality required
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
Strong customer service and communication skills required
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Strong communication skills across various formats (in‑person, email, phone, group presentations)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently
