Supports and maintains Epic applications and other related technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization.
Provides routine maintenance of Epic applications and systems using existing internal processes, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoots and resolves basic Epic application issues and provides end user support.
Escalates issues appropriately to application team members.
Assists the team in analyzing Epic vendor software updates and tests updates according to scripts.
Codes for Epic application including building application tables and reports.
Assists with updating testing scripts to incorporate ongoing system development and implementations.
Builds requirements for configuration and business process changes.
Organizes requirement specifications, using data, diagrams, and flowcharts to inform decision making.

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

As part of the Associate Analyst role at SSM, candidates are required to obtain Epic certification within the first six (6) months of employment.
