Project Controls Analyst

Role Overview

• Maintain and improve project schedules, ensuring alignment with actual execution progress
• Translate delivery status into clear, decision-relevant reporting for internal leadership and customers
• Identify inconsistencies between plans and reality and drive correction with the delivery team
• Support forecasting, resource visibility, and risk tracking to enable early intervention
• Ensure project data is trusted without reconciliation cycles
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into schedule performance, resource utilization, and risk exposure
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation of recurring reporting and data management tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, information systems, engineering management, project management, data analytics, or a related field
• A minimum of three years of experience in project management, scheduling, or data analysis concepts
• Experience working with structured data, spreadsheets, or reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized, accurate information
• Willingness to learn project controls practices, PMO tools, and data systems.
