Planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional initiatives that support school partners, instructional teams, and organizational growth
Ensuring seamless implementation of new customers and managing ongoing programs
Overseeing launch project management to meet milestones, communication, and deliverables
Managing and executing educator recognition initiatives and conference planning
Researching and supporting RFP processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

3–6+ years of project management experience, preferably in K–12 or education services
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Experience with accreditation processes, education platforms, or compliance workflows preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools and CMS platforms
Ability to clear required background check
