Responsible for supervising, training and developing office staff
Oversee branch office support activities including review, modification, development and implementation of office operating procedures
Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resource function for the branch including ensuring completion of records for new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
Refer HR-related employee inquiries to the appropriate corporate HR staff or third party administrator
Act as liaison to third party administrator for workers’ compensation claims
Assist with scheduling of paid time off
Maintain branch personnel files, medical files, and attendance records
May be responsible for assisting with payroll-related issues, processing of online applications, and submission of disability log
Assist other departments as needed
Requirements
2-4 years related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Accurate and efficient data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Must be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
Secretarial coursework or college degree in business preferred
Ability to lead in a team environment
