Provide exceptional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team in the areas of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Coordinate all facets of interview scheduling including assessment assignments and logistical needs such as travel arrangements.
Assist with job posting updates for various placement boards/mediums.
Participate in recruiting activities such as job fairs and community outreach events to attract and recruit talent.
Prepare candidate offer letters as needed. Prepare and maintain offer letter templates.
Create content for the Company’s recruitment-oriented social media platforms. Research audience preferences and identify social media trends to attract top talent.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Team to assist in the pre-screening/sourcing process to identify qualified candidates.
Responsible for maintaining data for weekly and monthly recruiting reports.
Facilitate and process pre-hire requirements for candidates.
Monitor Talent Acquisition inbox and forward the appropriate correspondence as needed.
Manage and maintain job posting database within applicant tracking system.
Assist with event planning for annual internship program as needed.
Monitor and suggest improvements to the candidate experience by gathering feedback through candidate surveys.
Provide recruiting assistance in other areas as needed.
Oversees daily workflow and projects for team.
Subject matter expert for team job functions.
Fosters a learning environment and mentors team.
Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments.
Assists management with the development of results-oriented processes and project management.
Initiates, establishes, and maintains highly effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or equivalent
Minimum 1 year as a highly performing Mouser employee for internal candidates
Minimum 2 years prior work experience relevant to the team for external candidates
6+ years’ experience in critical job functions of the team; can be combination of internal and external experience
High School or General Education Degree (GED) required.
