Role Overview

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize various channels to proactively attract top talent.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening of candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Offer Management: Work with HR and hiring managers to extend offers and manage negotiations.
• Weekly Update Meetings: Conduct update meetings with hiring managers to review pipeline progress.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), particularly Greenhouse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
