Role Overview
- Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, and external customers
- Communicate information to operations and sales on special handling shipments
- Advise customers on shipment status
- Respond to customer requests professionally
- Coordinate with sales and customers for operating procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Less than one year experience in a logistics setting
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic with U.S. measurements
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine correspondence
