Role Overview
- Support the accounting team during the migration from Sage 300 to Sage Intacct
- Advise on system architecture and accounting structure aligned with Sage Intacct best practices
- Assist in developing and implementing a uniform Chart of Accounts across three companies
- Support the merging and cleanup of general ledger accounts and vendors
- Provide guidance on data migration related to GL and vendor master files
- Participate in scheduled implementation meetings and provide follow-up recommendations
- Ensure the system setup supports usability, efficiency, and future scalability
