Conduct and lead detailed audits of IT contracts to assess financial, performance, and compliance.
Identify potential savings opportunities and recommend cost-optimization strategies.
Ensure that IT contracts adhere to organizational standards, requirements, and policies.
Develop and maintain auditing protocols and documentation.
Track project tasks and action items, maintain project plan, ensure timely completion and effective communication.
Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
Use project management or automation tools to monitor and report on project status, risks, and issues.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and external regulations within IT contracts.
Provide guidance to relevant teams with the best practices on contract management.
Prepare reports and presentations on findings, savings identified, and project progress.
Conduct trend analysis to identify recurring issues and areas for improvement.
Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in contract auditing, project management, or a related role.
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Understanding data analytics to support vendor strategy requiring the ability to analyze and predict market trends, automate and optimize processes.
Working knowledge of IT subcontract management, compliance standards, and financial analysis.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and tracking action items.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
Experience with Supply Chain Management and procurement processes.
Knowledge of Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry preferred with specific FAR/DFAR experience.
