Requirements
5+ years of extensive Human Capital Management domain expertise
5+ years experience in Presales Solution Consulting, Sales, or Implementation role
3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management & workforce management applications
Executive Presence: Ability to command a room at the C-Suite level and influence complex decision-making processes through presentations (both in-person and remote)
Value-Based Selling: Expert-level discovery skills with the ability to translate technical requirements into a compelling vision for digital transformation and the business impact
Agility: A self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, high-stakes, fast-paced environments and can manage multiple concurrent projects with precision and accountability
