Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English required

- Program Governance & Risk Management: Implement robust governance for complex, interconnected projects, proactively managing scope, budget, and schedules while mitigating risks in both waterfall and agile projects.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Effectively manage and communicate with a range of stakeholders, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
- Business & Strategic Acumen: Connect program outcomes to tangible business value (e.g., ROI, TCO), thinking beyond project timelines to drive the client's strategic objectives.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge of cloud technology (infrastructure, data, development) to facilitate technical discussions, understand dependencies, and earn the trust of engineering teams.
