About this role
Role Overview
- You will be part of a multidisciplinary team composed of developers, a QA Analyst, Product Manager, SRE, and Security, developing solutions that delight our customers;
- Participate in agile ceremonies with the team (follow-up, alignment, impediment removal, and planning);
- Take part in building and configuring environments, pipelines, and migrations;
- Monitor metrics and interpret them to assess team health and progress toward goals, proposing improvements where necessary throughout the process;
- Contribute to defining and maintaining the squad's objectives;
- Write code for features, work on bug fixes, and implement improvements to our products;
- Continuously teach and learn in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Programming language: Ruby
- Experience with the Rails framework
- Knowledge of dependency management
- Object-Oriented Programming
- SQL databases
- Experience with unit testing
- Git
- Security best practices, testing, and software development practices
- API consumption and development
- Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Development of code with asynchronous processing
- Experience with code review
