Role Overview
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies and interview processes
- Proactively source and engage top talent through direct outreach, referrals and agency partnerships
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality and engaging interview experience
- Lead the offer and closing process, securing top candidates in a competitive market
- Contribute to the US onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from offer through to early integration
- Coordinate pre-boarding activities, including documentation, systems access and stakeholder engagement
- Act as a key point of contact for new joiners, supporting their transition into CFC
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with US & Canadian employment practices
- Continuously review and improve recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and experience
- Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring best practice
Requirements
- Experience of recruiting within insurance or a related market
- Understanding of underwriting or specialty lines
- Exposure to onboarding or pre-boarding processes
- Good working knowledge of US employment practices
- Track record of delivering successful hiring outcomes
