Role Overview
- Own and maintain the Retirement roadmap
- Identify, frame, and prioritise customer problems
- Lead product discovery for new opportunities
- Define clear product requirements and success metrics
- Work closely with Engineering and Design throughout delivery
- Improve key parts of the Moneybox pension experience
- Ensure product changes are compliant and operationally robust
- Monitor product performance and customer behaviour
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in Product Management
- Strong customer and product judgement
- Strong analytical capability
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good judgement in a regulated environment
- High ownership and curiosity
