Leading manual and exploratory testing on complex or high‑risk features where automation is not suitable or where capacity requires it

Shaping acceptance criteria during refinement and identifying risk before development begins
Coaching QA Engineers and Associates through technical pairing, code reviews, and constructive feedback
Contributing to shared standards, templates, and ways of working, and influencing how quality is delivered across engineering
Reviewing pull requests for testability and coverage quality, not just the presence of tests
Bringing well‑informed perspectives on emerging testing approaches and applying them with sound judgement

Proficient with Playwright, Cypress, or similar modern automation frameworks, with the ability to design as well as build automated tests
Experienced working closely with engineers, including reviewing pull requests and pairing on test implementation
