Perform exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile applications
Work closely with team members to figure out what should actually be built
Validate that applications meet business, functional, and user experience requirements
Identify, document, and communicate bugs with clear reproduction steps and relevant context
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle
Plan and execute test cycles, helping define priorities, scope, and coverage
Participate in product and delivery discussions with international clients and multidisciplinary teams

Have solid experience with manual testing, including exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing
Have hands-on experience testing mobile applications across iOS and Android environments
Know how to identify, document, prioritize, and communicate issues clearly
Think beyond test cases and genuinely care about product quality and user experience
Collaborate well with engineers, designers, product managers, and stakeholders
Already use AI as part of their day-to-day workflow — whether for test case creation, bug investigation, documentation, workflow acceleration, or quality analysis
Be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Brazil
Have a valid business registration in your country (such as CNPJ, VAT, EIN, or equivalent)
Have a bank account eligible to receive USD payments
Be able to invoice accordingly if required for the engagement
