Support the delivery of APA’s projects by developing and implementing tailored community and social performance strategies.
Build strong community and stakeholder relationships.

Design and deliver initiatives that make a positive change within communities, working on projects across the country.
Requirements
Extensive experience in a similar role (preferably gained in the infrastructure, mining, gas or other resources sector).
Knowledge of regulatory approvals processes for energy infrastructure development projects, and the related community and social performance requirements.
Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing community engagement programs.
Experience working respectfully and in a cultural appropriate way with First Nations communities and organisations.
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with both diverse internal and external stakeholders including community, government, business and economic development groups.
Effective communication, listening, and presentation skills.
The ability and willingness to travel and a valid Driver’s licence.
