Role Overview
Proactively partner with senior leaders to facilitate end-to-end organizational design, from initial diagnosis to final implementation, ensuring structures align with long-term business goals.
Drive critical projects to clarify roles and responsibilities through expert RACI modeling, eliminating ambiguity and enhancing cross-functional efficiency.
Integrate AI tools and methodologies across all aspects of the role to automate workflows, derive deeper talent insights, and modernize the P&C function.
Apply creative thinking and analytical rigor to identify friction points and lead initiatives that optimize how teams perform and collaborate.
Serve as a trusted advisor by presenting multiple perspectives and challenging the status quo, expertly navigating and influencing difficult stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Liaise with Centres of Excellence (CoE) to provide timely, data-driven feedback to drive the evolution of business unit programs and solutions.
Leverage the breadth of your unique experiences to share strategic insights with your P&C colleagues.
Requirements
7 or more years of experience in a strategic human resources, program, or leadership role, with a focus on high-level organizational transformation.
Regarded as an exceptional communicator with the sophisticated interpersonal skills required to influence a broad and diverse range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to identify complex business problems, break them down through analytical thinking, and execute innovative solutions with attention to critical details.
Proven ability to lead senior leaders through the complexities of organizational design and role clarification (RACI) from start to finish.
A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate the future of work, guiding transformation initiatives that leverage AI and reflect new remote work realities.
Noted for your ability to flex various skill sets, thinking creatively while executing elegantly across many teams and situations.
Respected for solving complex issues without having all the answers and navigating ambiguity amidst ongoing, fast-paced change.
Expert at guiding leaders with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational performance, productivity, and the overall team member experience.
