Communication & management: You are the first point of contact for clients, courts and the opposing party and you manage electronic legal communications.
Files & deadlines: You maintain our digital case files, monitor deadlines and keep track of follow-up reminders.
You also professionally prepare appointments as well as the necessary documents and litigation bundles.
Claims & billing: From dunning orders to enforcement proceedings – you handle claims management and prepare cost invoices.
Legal Tech support: You assist in drafting pleadings and help us capture and optimize our work processes using statistical tracking.
Requirements
You have successfully completed training as a Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (legal assistant/paralegal) and have good knowledge of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO) and the German Court and Attorney Fees Act (RVG).
Ideally, you bring at least two years of relevant professional experience.
You don’t accept “we’ve always done it this way.” You are a team player, solution-oriented and eager to help shape modern legal services.
You are comfortable working with digital file management.
