Responsible for supporting the Head of rails and EC senior management in delivery and operations.
Help build and grow the headcount of the India team.
Interview, select, and onboard appropriate candidates.
Lead the team supporting Rail projects.
Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Work under general direction and independently develop approach to solutions.
Collaborate with senior management for strategy formulation for business continuity and requirements.
Maintain affiliation with professional societies to keep abreast of current technologies.
Regular reporting to senior management concerning performance and issues.

Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
More than 15 years of experience in Civil Engineering, UK/Middle East/US experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong technical understanding of the Rail sector.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among business leads, management, and employees.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Good in business negotiation and people management.
Strong managerial acumen and familiarity with business administration principles.
Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
Must have leadership skills/ability.
Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
