Ensure the evolution and continuous improvement of the company's technologies through the development, maintenance and enhancement of automated tests.
Integrate Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize the delivery cycle.
Execute functional, regression and exploratory testing on web applications, ensuring validation of complex business rules.
Perform manual testing of REST APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE) using Postman and Swagger, validating contracts, status codes and payloads.
Develop and maintain end-to-end automation scripts for web using Cypress and Robot Framework.
Design and evolve API automation suites and contract tests (Postman/Swagger).
Implement tests for AI/LLM-based applications, ensuring accuracy, mitigation of hallucinations and consistency of model responses.
Optimize test case writing and generation of automation code.
Manage the defect lifecycle (logging, tracking and retesting), collaborating with product teams in agile rituals (Scrum/Kanban).
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
Run queries on SQL databases (MySQL) to validate data integrity.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or another IT-related field.
Previous experience in the role, including large-scale projects.
Proficiency with Cypress (Web and API) and Robot Framework.
Strong JavaScript skills applied to automation.
Knowledge of BDD (Gherkin) for writing scenarios.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure Boards.
Experience with AI testing tools (e.g., Testim.io, Applitools, GitHub Copilot for QA, or integration with LLMs for synthetic test data generation).
Expertise with tools such as Postman and RestAssured.
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL (microservices).
Experience with AI testing frameworks (e.g., Promptfoo, DeepEval, Codex) or using LLMs to support QA engineering.
