Provide vision and direction for the HRIS function to align with the organization’s strategic goals and needs
Champion initiatives to enhance the employee journey and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience
Drive continuous improvement and functionality within system capability, monitoring and recommending Workday updates that improve HR process and improve self-service functionality
Oversee the configuration, maintenance and performance of Workday, ensuring its reliability, stability and security
Lead and manage HRIS projects, including new implementations, upgrades and integrations with other systems
Identify and implement process improvements within Workday to enhance efficiency and user experience
Ensure the accuracy, completeness and security of data within Workday and other HRIS systems
Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into technical requirements, and ensure that Workday effectively supports the organization
Create, maintain and improve Workday configuration and integrations to other applications
Develop and support integrations (EIB) for inbound and outbound data exchange between Workday and other systems
Configure and maintain domain security policies and business process policies in Workday
Develop and implement reporting and analytics to track key HR metrics and insights from Workday data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute of higher learning in computer science, information technology, human resources, or related field
Proficiency or knowledge of Workday Core HCM with knowledge of additional modules including Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management and Performance Management required
At least 10 years’ experience in HR system management, with at least 6+ years of Workday HCM specific experience
