Shaping the go-to-market approach by category and brand tier, ensuring the team focuses on the highest-value opportunities.
Using commercial insight, ROAS performance and campaign learnings to strengthen pitches and increase repeat investment.
Leading, coaching and developing a team of 4–5, creating clarity, accountability and strong performance standards.
Requirements
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify revenue opportunities, build value-based proposals and grow long-term client spend.
Proven experience in media sales, partnerships or commercial account management, ideally across FMCG, CPG or similarly fast-paced client categories.
Strong leadership capability, with experience coaching, motivating and developing a team to deliver against ambitious goals.
Strategic thinking, with the ability to shape go-to-market approaches, see the bigger picture and prioritise the highest-value opportunities.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate complex conversations and bring stakeholders along with a clear commercial point of view.
An analytical, insight-led mindset, using performance data, pipeline insight and campaign results to improve decision-making and outcomes.
