Role Overview
To ensure customers have the best possible experience with our services, we have the Engineering and Customer Services teams. The Engineering team is responsible for researching new technologies, planning the carrier network, and driving the technological expansion of our products and network. The Customer Services team ensures speed and quality in the repair, installation, and maintenance of B2B and B2C customer lines across fixed, mobile, and TV networks. Through consistent projects and planning, we implement the company's technological evolution, increasing network capacity.

Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
