Role Overview
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders ranging from frontline supervisors to the C-level executives
- Manage the delivery of the overarching performance process while providing hands-on support to leaders during execution
- Navigate complex IR/ER matters with patience and professional tenacity
- Provide one-on-one coaching to leaders to enhance their capability and the overall employee experience
- Provide practical, day-to-day execution of HR tasks, from health and safety support to performance management
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in a Human Resources role
- Proven ability to quickly establish credibility and build effective stakeholder relationships
- The ability to partner effectively with internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive change
