Role Overview

• Handling commercial customers’ inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
• Negotiating payment arrangements for past due commercial accounts
• Complying with national credit and collection policies
• Utilizing multiple systems and tools to resolve customer account issues
• Processing payments securely and establishing payment arrangements
• Ensuring customer confidentiality and professionalism
• Striving to meet or exceed performance metrics
• Maintaining punctual attendance and flexibility with schedules

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED (Required)
• 0-2 Years of relevant work experience
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Experience in a remote work environment preferred
• Flexible schedule to work Monday
• Friday anytime between the hours of 8am-8pm EST
