Role Overview
- Serve as a technical leader across the full stack
- Guide design and implementation of systems spanning UI, APIs, services, and cloud infrastructure
- Influence solution design conversations
- Partner closely with architects, engineers, and product teams
- Guide teams through complex technical decisions
- Review and approve technical designs, code contributions, and architectural proposals
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and enterprise standards
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, design reviews, and engineering best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years related work experience
- At least three years of development experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent
- Graduate degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in full-stack development
- Backend systems and APIs (e.g., Java, Spring Boot)
- Front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, modern JavaScript frameworks)
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS or similar)
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
