Lead end-to-end brand strategy across key accounts
Define brand, go-to-market, and creative strategy
Lead client workshops, strategic discussions, and presentations
Translate insights, research, audience needs, and business objectives into actionable plans, briefs, and recommendations
Ensure execution remains aligned to brand strategy
Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Medical/Scientific, Media, Account, Engagement Strategy, Analytics, and other teams
Manage, mentor, and develop junior strategists
Requirements
10+ years of experience in brand strategy, strategic planning, or related strategy roles, preferably within healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or a highly regulated industry
Proven ability to independently lead strategy across complex accounts
