Role Overview
- Provide operational leadership, direction, and support to assigned development programs
- Drive the cross-functional development team to develop strategic plans including goals, budgets, timelines
- Monitor the execution of plans from preclinical through commercialization
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues and manage direct reports
- Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to departmental initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of in-house pharmaceutical program management
- knowledge of the drug development process
- understanding of clinical trials
- strong presentation and critical thinking skills
