Lead each payout cycle end-to-end: validate inputs, calculate payouts, apply approved adjustments, and obtain necessary approvals.
Maintain incentive plans and participant assignments in the incentive management tool (quarterly/annual updates as required).
Produce and distribute standard and ad-hoc operational reports; help stakeholders navigate and interpret reporting outputs.
Perform account analyses and reconciliations related to incentive activity and payroll close steps.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or compensation disputes raised by internal customers, documenting resolution steps.
Support testing and implementation activities for system enhancements; update process documentation and contribute to change initiatives.
Identify and recommend process and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
Provide training and guidance on tool usage, reporting, and best practices for internal stakeholders.
Participate in cross-functional projects and other duties that support team objectives.
Requirements
1–3 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfortable with numbers; strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and reconciliations.
Effective communicator—able to collaborate with peers and senior leaders and explain complex results clearly.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Proactive, curious learner who takes initiative and adapts to change.
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, shortcuts); macro/VBA experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Power BI, incentive management platforms, CRM/SAP Sales Cloud, or Workday is a plus—training will be provided.
