Role Overview
- Define and own Teva’s enablement strategy for personal productivity and collaboration
- Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define guardrails for citizen development and AI usage
- Collaborate with Digital Workforce and Product Teams to convert product roadmaps into enablement motions
- Build and nurture communities of practice for personal productivity
- Define and track success metrics
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in digital workplace, productivity, or enterprise enablement
- Proven experience driving enterprise-scale adoption
- Strong understanding of M365 ecosystem and Copilot capabilities
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity and Responsible AI principles
- Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and change
