About this role
Role Overview
- Build and manage the enterprise Power Apps & Power Automate roadmap aligned with the delivery needs
- Identify modernization and automation opportunities across SHM units
- Collaborate with M365 Operations & Governance, Compliance & Purview, and Security
- Own the intake and prioritization of Power Apps and Power Automate demands
- Create value adding enterprise tools/library to be introduced as Digital Products
- Partner with the Personal Productivity & Democratization Team for high-quality templates, UX patterns, and onboarding support
- Define and track KPIs such as solution usage, automation hours saved, and legacy process reduction
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management, Platform Ownership, or Enterprise Enablement
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Background working in regulated enterprise environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power Platform CoE, ALM pipelines, and managed environments
- Familiarity with M365 governance and architecture models
- Agile or Lean product management experience
