Requirements
10+ years of professional experience with 5–7+ years in a senior operations or second-in-command role (COO, Director of Operations, VP Operations, or equivalent Integrator seat)
Proven and quantified track record of scaling a business, division, or multi-location operation with measurable before-and-after results
P&L ownership and direct financial management experience at the organizational level
Experience leading multiple departments and holding senior leaders accountable to KPIs
EOS experience (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or experience with a similar operating framework and the ability to ramp up quickly
Ability to lead with accountability while maintaining trust and respect within an independent contractor environment
Experience leading remote or distributed teams
Must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zone

$150,000 base salary | W-2
