Operations Excellence & Expansion – Full-time / Part-time / Working Student

Role Overview

• Planning, coordination and execution of site expansion (including charging stations)
• Managing and supporting the rollout of new sites from concept to commissioning
• Structuring, optimizing and documenting operational processes
• Handling and coordinating various operational matters in day-to-day business
• Collaborating with internal teams as well as external partners and service providers
• Ensuring smooth execution of projects
• Identifying improvement opportunities and independently developing solutions

Requirements

• Some experience in operations, project management or site development is an advantage
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Interest in infrastructure projects, ideally in e-mobility / charging infrastructure
• Confident use of common tools (e.g., Excel, project management tools)
• Very good German language skills; English is a plus
