Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes across UK and EMEA, from role briefing to offer acceptance
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, timelines and interview processes
Source, screen and assess candidates using a variety of channels
Coordinate interviews, feedback and offer processes efficiently and professionally
Ensure an inclusive, consistent and positive candidate experience
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and local People teams across UK & EMEA
Provide regular updates on pipeline status, challenges and regional market conditions
Support hiring managers with interview best practices and decision making
Manage and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Pinpoint)
Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with internal policies and local/regional requirements
Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and regional ways of working
Track recruitment activity and support reporting requirements
Collaborate with Senior Recruitment Partners on complex or senior roles
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in UK & EMEA as needed
Requirements
Experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role
Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Experience recruiting across UK and/or EMEA markets is a plus
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools
Fluent in business English
