- Own our hiring pipeline end-to-end inside Workable.
- Post roles, source and screen candidates, and move the right people through the funnel — primarily for graphic designer and video editor positions.
Requirements
- Hands-on Workable experience — non-negotiable.
- A proven ability to evaluate creative talent: you know how to review a design portfolio or a video editor's reel and make a call quickly.
- You're organized, reliable, and don't need to be chased.
