About this role
Role Overview
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems roadmap, aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives
- Collaborate with Digital & Data Business partners, Business Operations, and Product teams to deliver AI and Agentic solutions that support our core systems, digital and data platforms, and 3rd party relationships
- Lead the development and implementation of AI and Agentic capabilities, including prototyping, testing, and deployment
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of AI researchers, developers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure successful delivery of AI and Agentic solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify business requirements and opportunities for AI and Agentic adoption
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation plans, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery of AI and Agentic initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, GenAI, and Agentic solutions, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our AI and Agentic capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in delivering and developing integrated technology ecosystems, including APIs, Events and Data flows
- 5+ years leading technical team delivering IT solutions in support of business strategies
- A deep understanding of how to manage and build integration and orchestration in an enterprise technical ecosystem, building hybrid solutions across a variety of domains
- Experience in AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems, with a focus on strategy and delivery
- Strong foundation in AI, GenAI, and Agentic systems, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex AI and GenAI solutions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- An avid learner, who actively seeks new information and likes to build new things
