Lead operational and clinical performance across multiple ABA centers by partnering with Center Directors, monitoring key performance metrics, implementing strategic action plans, supporting budgets and compliance, and ensuring consistent communication, oversight, and execution of company initiatives.
Provide clinical oversight and guidance across the region by supporting complex cases, conducting audits and reviews, monitoring clinical quality and outcomes, ensuring appropriate caseload distribution, and promoting ethical, evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development.
Develop and support regional leadership teams through coaching, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, retention efforts, workforce planning, and fostering a collaborative culture aligned with company values and growth goals.
Drive regional growth initiatives by supporting marketing and outreach efforts, building community and referral partnerships, participating in recruitment events, and assisting with new center development, hiring, and operational launch planning.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years as a BCBA in good standing.
Minimum of 3 years managing or supervising BCBA-level clinicians.
Minimum of 2 years overseeing operations across multiple ABA centers.
Experience leading leaders and supporting multi-site operations.
Experience utilizing operational and clinical data to drive decision-making.
Experience with assessment tools, clinical systems, and quality assurance processes.
Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Strong communication and organizational skills
CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to engage in a variety of physical movements including sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, and crawling.
Ability to utilize computers, tablets, and other technology for extended periods.
Ability to respond quickly and appropriately in crisis or client support situations.
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats.
