Requirements
- Fully FAIS Fit & Proper compliant (non-negotiable)
- RE5 certification (essential)
- Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser or in a similar advisory role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Established client base (advantageous)
- Strong business development and networking capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Own reliable transport
